国際フードスタディセンターの 脇坂 港教授 と交流協定校である中国・大連民族大学のMa Kedong准教授らのグループとの共同研究成果「「バナナ茎と汚泥を活用したバイオ炭による過硫酸塩活性化：複数の活性部位が関与するラジカル・非ラジカル経路を通じたガチフロキサシン分解のメカニズム解析」」が、生物工学分野の著名な国際学術誌Biomass and Bioenergyに2026（令和8）年7月17日付で研究論文としてオンライン掲載されました。
